Manufacturing

As part of the Lone Star PRD Group, Triplefast International has access to market leading manufacturing plants for bolting and machined components, in addition to their own studbolt manufacturing facility.

Hot Forging

Capacity consists of six vertical forging presses with a manufacturing range of up to 100mm (4 in) diameter, with modern induction heating. In-house tool making facilities enable the production of standard and special head forms on short lead times.

CNC Machining

Continual investment has resulted in a comprehensive CNC machining capacity manufacturing products in all materials up to 300 mm (12”) diameter.
